Established in 1949 by Robert Connors, we're now in our second generation as a family-owned and operated business. Today, and under the leadership of company president, Peggy Hildebrandt, you can rely on us for all your plumbing, heating and cooling needs. We are a full service contractor specializing in residential and light commercial service, new construction, replacement, design and consultation. We have served the area offering quality Lennox Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning equipment since we became a dealer in 1956. This company charged over $2000 for labor to diagnose and install an air conditioner compressor that was UNDER WARRANTY! Again, the labor was over $2000 and no parts!!! Go somewhere else because the labor charges are insane!

The entire process was very professional. They recieved the parts in a timely manor and scheduled the repairs right away. They were very flexible with my schedule. While doing the repairs they were very conscious of cleanliness. The repair man was very knowledgeable and informative.

"We went out with our insurance adjuster in May of 2014 as soon as we received the letter from the homeowners attorney. That was the first time we had been informed they were having a problem. As was discussed when we were there with the insurance adjuster; the leak was in piping that was original to the home and was not included in the scope of work in 2005 when the kitchen was remodeled. The vent piping was located in a ceiling that had not been removed during the remodel and was encapsulated with spray foam insulation. We have done everthing we can at this time."

Contacted Conners Plumbing & Heating to come out and inspect our 12 year old leaking hot water heater to determine whether a replacement was needed. Dave was quickly able to determine that a replacement was necessary. Pricing was discussed, we obtained additional quotes, and ultimately decided to have Conners Plumbing & Heating complete the actual installation. Pros: Very professional and knowledgeable, respectful of your home (used shoe covers, covered carpeting when removing old heater and bringing the new one in), and easy to work with. Local company (Waseca, MN) with local staff (our installer, Dave, was from Owatonna). Cons: Priced higher than all other quotes that we obtained, and that was even AFTER receiving a 15% discount on the total cost. (We received a 15% discount due to the fact that we signed up for the "Service Partner" program). Also, the office staff indicated that our installer would be at our home at 8:00 a.m. on the day of the install but the actual arrival time was later than that because the installer had to obtain the permit and pick up the hot water heater prior coming to our home that morning. To summarize: Even though the cost was greater than all of the other quotes that we obtained, we still opted to utilize Conners Plumbing & Heating because they were knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating.

We have been using them for about 4 years now. They are very thorough in checking our system. Scheduling goes well and they can usually come out within 3-4 days. One technician comes out to do the work and it takes about an hour half to complete. They have a checklist and go over everything in the house and write it down for my records. There price is a little high. I have recommended them to others.

My experience was great. Scheduling went smoothly and they were able to come out very quickly. Two technicians came out to do the work and it took about 6-7 hours to complete. They explained what they were doing as they were doing it and followed up after the appointment to make sure I was satisfied.

My experience was good. They are knowledgeable and very responsive. Scheduling went well and they were able to send someone out right away to look at it. He was able to make it work right away but he did recommend a new part so they came back a 2nd time to install the part. One technician came out to do the work and it took about an hour to complete. They are on the higher on side for price.
