"Initial agreement was reached, drywall installation was delayed by a week or so from the "ideal start" date due to the installers needing to complete a previous job. Once they started, work was completed in a timely manner with no interruptions. Plumbing (bathroom) was also completed in stages as drywall progress would allow. The plumbing was the last part completed and the plumber was prompt and professional. Waste materials were removed by the contractor within a reasonable amount of time after the job was completed. The contractor was available and responsive through the duration, answering questions and updating on any delays (which were few)."

Their finished job looks better than our separate remodel of a larger bathroom completed by one of the big firms that advertises daily on television. Examples: the tile work in our small shower is exceptional, and the vanity/oversized sink is a perfect match that does not dominate the small room.
