ELITILE LLC

I bought my granite from Stone and Tile in Roseville and was given Elitile's business card for installation.  I called Chad when I got home, at that time he told me that he would call me back.  I did not hear back from him.  I went and picked up the granite a week later and called Chad again.  He didn't answer so I left a message to call me back.  I did not hear from him so I called again and again left a message.  He did not return my call.  I called Stone and Tile and asked if they knew what was going on.  I was told that Chad was really busy so that may be the reason he didn't call.  I started looking for other installers, I couldn't find anyone else who knew how to install this type of granite and prefab the fronts.  I was starting to think I had purchased a product I was never going to get installed.  I tried Chad one more time and this time he answered and we set a date.  He and his team showed up right on time.  They were great to work with and they did a pretty good job.  A couple of the seams are very visible.  On the center island the seam does not match up.  I thought I was the only one who would notice the mismatched seams but visitors see it right away.  I do like the look of the countertop and they did a fantastic job of making the fronts, just wish they would have paid a bit more attention to the seams.

It could not have gone easier or smoother. 

Chad's team arrived around noon on the agreed date and at least two members of his team of four, including Chad himself, stayed until 6:30 on a Friday to complete the job.  They lined up the huge, heavy granite tiles outside and recommended the best order to lay them out for our counter.  They custom cut the insert for the under mount sink, and the back splash pieces. 

All and all, the work took nearly 6 hours.  When they were done, they spent a significant amount of time cleaning up so everything looked great.  Our last step was to get our plumber over to get the all the hook-ups completed.

Chad's team even recommended paint color to go with the new counter top.

These guys are professionals:  prompt, polite, exacting.  And  - the price was extremely reasonable.

Great service! Elitile installed wall and floor tile in a laundry area, hallway and bathroom. They also installed electric radiant floor heat and leveled the very uneven concrete. They did a great job with the layout and install. A+++++!

I called a couple of weeks before I needed the tiling done and Chad was very willing to work with my schedule. He called the night before to confirm the time, and everything went on schedule as planned. It took about 3-4 hours to put in the underlayment and tile the first day, and about an hour to grout and clean up on the second. It looks great!

I got a business card from the floor covering store and called for estimate. They came out within a few days and quoted a price, we signed on for installation. We had to sequence their work with carpet and trim work. Elitile advised us on sequencing. They actually provided us with a tool to help us complete trim work at no extra charge. The crew was prompt when they came to do the installation. Scott and Chad made sure the work was well done.

I am very satisfied with the work performed by Chad and his crew. The project was completed very quickly (4 days), which was important to me on this specific project. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

This project had been going on for years without much progress, so I hired it out to get it finished in time for a party being held the next week. Chad answered my call right away and began work only 2 days later! The main bathroom had been tiled by another tiler previously with unsatisfactory results. Chad did an outstanding job on the new subway pattern of tile. The second bathroom was a blank slate with concrete floors and new walls. Eric did a wonderful job cutting tile around our round shower and around the whirlpool tub, and together they finished the tiling of the walls and tub surround within the next couple of days. Thanks to Jared for all the precise cuts! They helped me pick out the best grout colors, and even redid the silicone around the main tub and toilet which I had removed because it had gotten ugly. The work areas were cleaned up at the end of the day and all debris was hauled away. I couldn't be happier with the results, and the guys were great to work with!
