He was punctual and the quote was exactly what I was looking for in terms of the approach to repair my loose floor tiles and the price for the work. "This was a smaller job and I appreciate the fact that Dave took the time to help us out. I was not aware that it would be someone different that would come out to do the actual work-I was a little worried when they showed up but they said they had done this for a very long time and they did a nice job. One of them broke the wooden threshold when they pulled the old carpet out, but Dave came back out again to replace that piece with no problem. Thank you, Dave!
