"From the moment they confirmed my appointment, to the time they left my house smiling and wishing me well, the gentlemen from Randy's Electric proved that they are the ONLY electrical service that I will ever need! Their estimated arrival time was between 10:00 am and 12 noon. Fortunately, I did not have to put my life on hold for 2 hours to wait for them. Shortly before 10:00 am, Jeremy called to let me know that they were in my neighborhood. He gave me an accurate arrival time. Wonderful! Even though I consider myself a messy housekeeper, both Jeremy and JD treated me with friendly respect. They left absolutely no junk behind! We had the only four tiles on the step into our shower crack over the first year and I tried for months to contact them through email. No response. I finally left my name as a new customer, and they immediately called me (funny :)). They then asked for pictures and said they could fix it. I then discovered it would cost $600 to replace the four tiles they obviously installed incorrectly the first time. Correctly installed tiles would not all crack on the outer edge."
