"My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

"The compressor on my LG refrigerator failed. I called a number of places but only Rogness could take care of it promptly. In fact, I called at 10 a.m. and Kevin was at my house at my house the same afternoon. He was very pleasant, and the repair went perfectly. His price was lower than the amount others had quoted me. I could not be more pleased!"

Because A.C. Carlson is family owned and community based, they gladly serve you and the greater community. You can have peace of mind and trust when you visit or telephone A.C. Carlson, knowing you will receive prompt and professional assistance, delivery, installation and service.

"Very well. From our 1st visit with Matt it was clear that his goal was to find us a refrigerator that would be a dependable resource for our needs. Kind of cool that he let us vent about our experience with our current fridge, then affirmed our choice of the Cafe model. Nice to deal with a person who listens first, then offers suggestions. The follow through was even better, as Dave, who may even own the store, called to advise about delivery availability and confirmed our time. On delivery day 2 men arrived 1 minute early, took a look at our site, and went to work. Neat, clean, no nonsense, 3/4 hour included delivery, takeaway of our old unit, hook-up water, and demonstration of the features. Impressive operation, great follow through. We’re impressed Pat and Dan"

Appliancezone.com is a leading on-line retailer of appliance parts and accessories for do-it-yourself homeowners. Incorporated in 2008, it was started by CEO, Jim Allen and his wife Paula, who operated an appliance repair business for nearly fourteen years prior to starting the internet company Appliance Zone.

"This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."

Our missions is to operate our business in a polite professional and courteous manner with attention to detail and protection of clients property. To always bear in mind that each customer is the reason we are in business and to desire to continue our business relationships for many years to come.

"I would not recommend water doctors to anyone looking for water treatment in their home. I've never written a bad review of a company but after my awful experience with Water Doctors I felt the need to share my experience and warn others. Water doctors installed our whole house water treatment system in 2016. Over the years the system worked "so so". Their customer service was never great. Fast forward to 2022 and multiple things started breaking down. We had to replace a tank, an irrigation rust removal system, and some valves (totaling $4,600). On the day the tech came to replace everything we were in and out of the house and not really paying attention to what they were doing. They ended up damaging our brand new (expensive) carpet (rusty water stains, and a large tear in the carpet). When I called to let Water Doctors know what happened they were very defensive and said they'd "do their own research on the issue and get back to me". When they finally got back to me they said the technician denied staining and ripping our carpet. It's quite upsetting to spend thousands of dollars with a company and have them treat you so poorly. We definitely will not be using Water Doctors again and I would not recommend them to anyone."

Why pay fees? Warners' Stellian offers free metro delivery, free professional installation on freestanding appliances and free appliance recycling on orders $499 and up.

"Appliances are being built cheaper to beat the competition. This can be said for my new GE refrigerator. six months ago we had to replace the entire compressor assembly. The new (more powerful) unit vibrated so loud it kept us awake at night. Thank God for Warner Stellian's appliance service. The extra price was well worth it. The repairman rewrapped a Freon reduction fitting that was vibrating and quieted the entire noise. These guys know their stuff."

Appliance Sales questions, answered by experts

If you want to save money on the cost of kitchen appliances, opt for basic color options like black or white. Stainless steel is usually a mid-range option; prices have come down somewhat now that it’s so widely available. Expect to spend the most for custom or bold colors, like a pink fridge or a gold-toned stove.

On average, installing a DIY outdoor kitchen costs between $4,550 and $19,000, which is about $1,500 to $6,000 less than having one professionally installed. Many variables factor into the cost of installing an outdoor kitchen, such as the type of material, accessibility to the job site, and the potential costs of hiring a professional electrician or plumber, as well as any necessary permits.

The best deodorizer for a refrigerator is baking soda because it absorbs smells and neutralizes the air. You can also use citrus fruits, oatmeal, vanilla extract, activated carbon, and distilled white vinegar as a deodorizer in your refrigerator. Place one of these deodorizers in a bowl or cup in the back of your fridge to let it absorb odors.

If your microwave is on the fritz and you suspect the fuse has blown, you can check it to confirm it’s the source of the problem. Start by disassembling the panel and carefully checking the fuse filament or ceramic components. If your microwave uses a glass fuse, you’ll likely see discoloration and a melted filament. If your microwave contains a ceramic fuse, you’ll need to use a multimeter continuity tester to check if there’s continuity.

Costs range from $75 to $200, depending on the appliance type and complexity.
