Everything was easy. They were on time and curteous. Everything was as expected. We got the upgraded pad, and OMG it's like walking on clouds!

Home Depot let my doors sit around in the back for 4 months. I wrote them a letter and Headquarters stepped in and made the experience a little better. However, I do NOT recommend buying anything from Home Depot. They kept passing the blame and they are incompetent. I only accepted 2 doors from the order, the other 4 were broken. It looks like they covered the doors in plastic sheeting before the stain dried. Home Depot came to intsall the doors yesterday, which was a surprise since they haven't responded to any of my correspondence. He measured my doors incorrectly. I sent 4 doors back to be re-stained and requested brass nickel hardware, they came with plastic hardware. I have sent back another 3 doors. This has been a nightmare.

We bought this stuff from them thinking we could rely on them. The installed damaged the faucet. Putting in the kitchen window and they denied that they did it. Home Depot didn't treat the customer right. They didn't want a confrontation with the installer, they don't want to p*** off their installers. It was a bad experience. Home Depot just lost as a customer for anything that has to be installed. They came around, we had three windows installed, we were going to do the rest of the house. They came around to do it and I said what about this thing that you damaged and the guy blew up. He was going to load the windows into my garage and I said no. I don't think so. It p***** me off bad enough. You buy the windows from Home Depot and there is a subcontractor that installs them. It's great as long as nothing goes wrong. It was a lousy experience.

The whole process was quick and easy. The overall service was very good. I went in on a Sunday and let them know what I needed. They gave me an estimate on Monday and I had it installed within 2 weeks. I’m very happy with the work.

They far exceeded my expectations. They have great service and great prices. It is a good place to shop.

Clearly Home Depot lied about who was going to do the install. The subcontractor for the subcontractor damaged the window, and replaced it with a part he manufactured which obviously did not mach. No one from Home Depot would return my calls, or in person visits to the store. Very disappointing experience to have an unfinished window in my dining room for 3 months. After many calls and visits and contacting Angies List my window is now finished.

My carpet is installed and looks amazing! The measuring guy came right on time and did a really thourough job. They called me the next day with their quote. purchasing was easy, and in a few weeks they called and said they were ready to install. The installer came right on time and was fabulous! Would go with Home Depot again - my only hesitation was the tiny sample on a board with many other colors. I was nervous seeing as I really didn't know how the color was going to work - I lucked out and mine turned out great! The small size would be okay as long as it was by itself so you could hold it up to your trim, furniture, etc.

Home Depot did a good job with my windows, but it took them a long time. They started in July but did not finish until September. I needed three windows replaced, but one of them was cracked when it was shipped. When they went to reorder it, it was back ordered and when it was finally shipped, they missed the shipment. Once they came out to my house to put the last window in, they set it wrong and had to come back out and had to fix it again. The quality of the work was good, but it took way to long. I would not use them again for windows.

At the very beginning we were unimpressed but in the end we are really happy. Our old house actually needs all of the windows replaced but we need to do a few at a time to keep within our budget. The 2 windows on the front of the house were most in need so we started there. We went to the website to request a price quote on our window project. We didn't hear back from them for 5 days. We actually started looking at other companies by the time they replied. We mentioned our concern when we finally spoke to them and everything after that went perfectly. They came out and performed a quick inspection for the job while we were at work. They were able to look at the windows and give us an estimate without entering the home. We agreed on the price and they did the rest. Our permit arrived in the mail a few days later and they completed the work about 2 weeks after the initial conversation. We needed to be there during the work, which was fine. The price was fair, the workmanship is excellent. In the end we couldn't be happier. We will definitely have them do the rest of the windows when the time comes.

They installed 4 windows and 2 sliding glass doors. The crew that came to get the work done looked like they were on the work release program from the work house. They didn?t seem to have a lot of experience in getting the work done. They also didn?t get the demo work done correctly. I had to jump in and stop them, as they were about to wreck the siding. Overall, we weren?t really happy with their service. We chose Home Depot, as we thought that they have a good reputation and if things go wrong, then they would make it right for us. They had to come back several times to fix things. There were quality issues with the windows that they sold us and also with the installation. After telling them repeatedly, they got the windows fixed in the right way. However, we wouldn?t use them again for installing windows, as I don?t think they screen the people who do the sub work for them.

Working with Home Depot was good. I got exactly what I paid for. I feel I may have been better off going with another company, but I went with Home Depot for economic reasons.

Their prices are competitive, and the employees are fairly helpful. They weren't the most knowledgeable about appliances but good enough for my purposes.

The sales person didn't seem to know the product line, was extremely negative- risers for my models were not likely to be available (in fact, they are universal to the line)- & it would take a week to have them delivered (no option to pick them up at the store). The only reason I went ahead with the purchase was that these never go on sale anywhere & I had a 10% off coupon ("new homeowner"), I was already at the store to purchase other items, & I was too tired to go elsewhere to shop that day. I was told that the delivery service ($55) did not do installation, yet when the delivery people came they weren't sure if they were supposed to or not- it seemed that this could have been an option if it had been arranged. I don't have a complaint about the delivery personnel, but the overall experience wouldn't entice me to return to Home Depot for future appliance purchases.

On-time performance from start to finish. Measurement on-time, even agreed to meet me after work at 6:00 although they typically only do daytime measurements. Installers were the hardest working I've seen. Cleaned up better than I could have hoped, including vacuuming any dirt/dust under the old carpet and pad before installing new carpet. Did a great job with installation. Seams and stairs look amazing. Worked with my work schedule to do install on non-consecutive days. A pleasure to work with.

THEY DIDN'T CHARGE FOR SERVICE AND THE OTHER PLACE THAT CHARGED MORE WANTED A DELIVERY CHARGE. ON THE EXTENDED WARRANTY THE OTHER COMPANY HAD WANTED CONSIDERABLY MORE FOR THE SAME OFFER. THE MAYTAG RANGE WE BOUGHT IS VERY NICE AND TOP OF THE LINE. AND WE RECOMMEND THEM AGAIN.
