Kyle came on time as promised. He was able to diagnose the problem. He explained what what happened to my washer, and that it was a very common issue with GE washers; slipped belt and clutch. It took several days to get the parts, but he was able to replace belt and clutch in about half hour.

Kyle is amazing! We’ve been trying to figure out what’s wrong with our dishwasher and he was able to help us the same day we called. He is very courteous, will teach you and show you what is happening and provide recommendations to keep your appliance running well. I will be calling him for all appliance service needs. He is the best!

We really liked working with Kyle. On the first repair job he showed us how we could do it ourselves and provided us the part number on Amazon. We fixed it as he said and it worked perfectly. The next time we needed Kyle he came out the next day. He gave us the option to fix the dryer ourselves but I decided it was more than I wanted to deal with. Dryer works great now and he is affordable. He also helped us with our refrigerator light as a courtesy. Great at what he does. We will call him in the future for sure !!
