"The original installation work was of very poor quality which led to the failure of bottom pin and separation of the veneer. Chuck had a look and clearly explained his plan for the repair and the estimated cost. He replaced hardware and the supporting block of wood between the veneer panels. The project was out of scope for our DIY skills/tools. We are very pleased to have this door reinstalled and functioning again. Bill was per the estimate. I hired him for a lot of small jobs and he tackled them all in a fraction of the time it would take me: building a small frame for a vent cover, removing un-needed electrical wiring, installing hose caddies, calking around a sink, fixing a faucet.
