"We hired Enerjac to build an addition and kitchen remodel in October, 2024, and are still waiting for project completion in November, 2025. Far from having a "tradition of excellence," we found Enerjac to be deceitful, manipulative, and incompetent, with problems ranging from failure to contain lead dust to leaving holes in the exterior wall wide enough for a man to fit through in mid-winter. Communication was terrible, and our emails since mid-October, 2025, have gone unanswered, despite lingering issues like a non-functioning radiator and a cracked conrete stoop, both of which they installed. The project was plagued by delays and excuses. The structure was not built to the plan or specifications, for which we requested (and were denied) compensation. I would not recommend this company and do not plan to use their services again."

"We were so pleased with the bathroom remodeling Country Creek did for us in 2019, we hired them in 2020 to remodel our 30-year-old kitchen. Project included removing a non-bearing wall and moving plumbing lines to eliminate soffits; creating an island and installing all new lighting. The result was stunning. We couldn't be happier with the work Dan, Dave and crew did. They treated our home as their own, never taking shortcuts and always doing it right, even if that meant extra work. "Sandau Construction recently completed a window replacement project at my home. They were one of five contractors that I had out to evaluate my project and bid the job. The sales presentation was low pressure, comfortable and offered adequate time for question and answer. The company’s subsequent follow-up to the various questions and issues that I had was prompt, direct and informative. They never tried to “sell” me anything and focused solely on my desires and priorities. Their overall project pricing was competitive overall, versus the other contractors who visited. Pricing was clear and upfront and included no promotional games or gimmicks. With any major home improvement, one doesn’t want to overpay just to ensure quality. The Sandau Price to Quality dynamic was right where it needed to be. Given the high home improvement demand that has been experienced during the pandemic, along with supply chain issues, there was a very lengthy delay from the project down payment to the actual commencement of the job. Once underway, the project installation proceeded quickly. Installers were skilled, agreeable and proceeded in an efficient manner. The final results exceeded expectations. As window replacement is a major investment and expense for any homeowner, getting that all important comfort level from the contractor you’ve chosen is critical. I felt good with my initial selection and was also rewarded at the project’s conclusion. "We had a french patio door and 11 windows replaced in our home in Stillwater, Mn. We were extremely pleased with all areas of the process. Although the project was originally planned for mid November and did not start until mid-December and the weather created a few issues, the project was completed in a timely manner once it was started. I was very pleased with our installation crew: Chris, Gabe and Tanner. They worked very hard, were very considerate and punctual. Our sales person, Chris, did an excellent job in explaining the construction and product, Marvin Infinity windows and doors. The QC inspector, Josh was extremely thorough. Very little work had to be redone but Josh made sure every scratch and defect was replaced. We were extremely pleased with the thoroughness of his work. Every member of the Lindus team was professional, polite, informative and respectful. We listen to Andy Lindus on WCCO radio and that was the reason we choose Lindus Construction. The cost of our project was high and more than I expected to pay but we are very pleased with the end result."

"It went great. Wonderful communication on date and time they could accommodate us. The job was done top notch, the sidewalk and steps are great and it’s a pleasure to drive into the garage without having an issue with the sunken apron. I did have one question which was the holes they drilled to raise the areas are quite dark and I was it sure if they would “cure” to a lighter color or not. Greg was quick to respond to my question with a “usually they do”. They also caulked the gaps."
