I hired Carter to install fans in my two fireplaces. They were very responsive, gave a reasonable quote, and were prompt with the completion of the work. The technician was knowledgeable, clean helpful. The best I can say is that I will not hesitate to use Carter again.

We had a large Azek, no maintenance deck and stairs put on and it is wonderful. We have received so many compliments already and it has only been finished for a few days. It's going to be perfect for all of the grill outs we host and for our kids to go out and play in any season. Benny and his team are very easy to communicate with and they met all timelines that we were given. We are thrilled with everything and plan to use Carter Custom for future projects.

Did a great job. Very happy with the work and deck. We asked Benny to do aluminum instead of other materials and he did. We were happy please with the attention to detail (e.g. the lock so our kids could sleep outside on it). Sad we had to sell the house but we would hire Benny and all again, and the new owners of the house are loving the deck! thanks!

carter customs exceeded my expectations. i just wanted a basic 10X12 deck, i thought it would just be a small plain deck. they added a few very nice touches that made it look great!! the stairs are nice and wide and it is built very heavy duty, it also looks like they actually care about the work they do, the craftsmanship and quality are all there. i will definitely be hiring them for future projects.

From design to quote to install, top notch company. They got all the permits and inspections, made sure that everything was included in the original quote (including plasma cutting and the extended chimney insert I needed), no surprises at all. When they were going to be an hour later than they said, they called the morning before to let me know. Best part, my wife is happy. A+.

We had a deck that was very old and rotting and now we have a beautiful new deck that we love, it was a smaller deck so it was done in less than 2 days. We would hire Carter Custom again with no hesitation, and would recommend them to everyone who needs home construction!

These guys found some problems with carpenter ants and water issues when they removed the old deck. They immediately offered a solution and we were happy to approve the additional work, even though it would put us over our budget. The problem was taken care of in a day's work.
