I don't just give an estimate and leave. I explain in great detail the entire project and the steps involved so the customer has a complete understanding of the entire project and what goes with it. After a project is complete I check back in a couple weeks to make sure they are happy. Sometimes after something is done you always see a thing or two later after looking at it that you didn't notice earlier.We expect our customers to be 100% happy. I do not use Sub-Contractors, all work is done by me.
