"Justin and his crew have been amazing to work with every step of the way. 0ur roof was damaged in a storm last summer and we put it off until this year to have it looked at. Justin was extremely responsive and timely in coming to look at it, met with the insurance agent on extremely short notice, and was highly knowledgeable in helping us to understand the insurance process. He and his project manager, Darrin, were always available to answer questions and help us with samples and decisions. While they helped us understand every step, we never felt pushed or talked down to. The communication both ways was always very quick and polite. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
