"Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.
A true professional and great person to work with.  The design was spot on and my wife and i were very impressed.  Thank you Jill.

"I got a deal from Berger about their table pad and just in time for my new dining room set. I didn't have time to set the template due to a new baby in the house. A few months later, they still honored my deal! WOW! I sent it in and they made the pad pretty quick. Shipping was fine and the fit was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone! Truly a good company to work with. A++"

"Entire process went well.  Each and every time I communicated with Paramount, I got a quick and professional response.  They were able to answer questions regarding how to deal with my bar height overhang and creatively able to utilize invisible bracket supports to prevent the need for some type of external bracket or corbel support.
The price was competitive and the bid very detailed so I was able to make sure I was comparing apples to apples.  I especially appreciated the extra time and effort they put in to figure out how to eliminate two seams on the island countertops without an extra charge required.
Once we decided to go with Paramount, they directed me to a couple of granite wholesalers to choose the slabs, once the slabs were at Paramount, I stopped out to discuss the layout with them.   Bryan did the measuring, on a Monday and a week and a half later on a Wed. the countertops were installed.  Entire process less than two weeks.
Lisa's communication through the entire process was professional and always very timely.
Installation went as planned with the install crew dealing with the invisible brackets with some creative problem solving.  Entire install took 4 hours for all 7 pieces.  Looks great and they look beautiful!  Would highly recommend to friends and family and would use them for future projects.

"We had a great experience with Justin and his crew. Initially we contacted him to replace some 65yr old windows, and he was the only contractor to bring to our attention that we had hail damage on the window wraps, siding, gutters, and roof. His experience really helped us thru the insurance claim process and it ended up being a huge cost savings for us. We were so impressed with his customer service, we decided to have him convert our 1-season porch into a 3-season porch, install tile flooring, replace some doors, and paint the interior and exterior of our home. He listened to our ideas, gave us options and suggestions, and helped create solutions for all of the projects. He's like a fiduciary for home improvement and we relied on his expertise to make some great choices to improve our home."

"We really enjoyed having Hoffman Weber as our contractor for our remodeling project. Our project included roofing, siding, soffit, fascia and windows. We were fortunate to have Jason Iwig as our salesman and John Weber as our project manager. Both Jason and John really focused on the finite details of the job to ensure the results would satisfy the expectations of the job. Jason assisted up front with concept, design, and selection from the premium products Hoffman Weber offers. Jason utilized 3D cad software to assist with the visualization of the concept which really helped us gain confidence in our decisions. As the project was underway John did an excellent job with coordinating the permits, materials, and trades and ensuring everything got completed on time and to expectations. The technicians working on our house were very mindful of keeping the work area clean every day. Their craftsmanship was second to none and couldn’t be happier with the results. Hoffman Weber’s staff onsite and back in the office were patient, courteous, and helpful along the way. I would highly recommend Hoffman Weber as your all-around contractor of choice for your home remodeling needs. Our transformation was incredible, and they will not leave you disappointed."

"Vitally worked with me to decide which parts of the project would give me the most benefit for my money.  He was easy to work with, responded quickly to questions and his experience in remodeling helped me stay on budget.  I appreciated that I could ask for his advice on painting even though I would be doing the painting myself.  The workmen did a great job, were prompt and cleaned up every day before they left.  Quality work is clearly important to this company.

"The job was done very professionally, with excellent results. The worker was quite friendly and professional and explained everything quite nicely.  He included the hall leading to one of the rooms as part of the package, which I thought was nice of him.  All in all, I was quite pleased with the results."
