"This company is Awesome! Of the three company's we chose to speak with from Angie's list Peckels was the only one that met with me rather than just show up, look at the job and call me. I was impressed with the attention to detail and some additional reinforcement they salesman suggested. We were very eager to get the work done since the wood fence was leaning way over because multiple posts had broken. They got us on the scheduled right away. A week later the fence broke free, half of it laying down and the other half twisting up to the good fence post. We were afraid all this twisting might make the fence unmendable. I called Peckels and they moved us up in the scheduled and came in the next two days to complete the repair. I called Jim in a panic.  I explained that the crew from a tree service  just left our house, having cut through our chain link fence in two places to remove three small weed trees from our yard.  The problem was, that fence separates our yard from our neighbors' yard -- and their two dogs, who would be running around the yard in about six hours. 

I desperately wanted that fence fixed before they got home.  I told Jim my story, and he promptly called one of his project managers, who left a job on the other side of town to come over and fix our fence.  I couldn't have asked for better work or a nicer guy to do the repairs.  "

"This provider did a great job and completed it in one day.   The replacement window is double paned and a large improvement over the prior window.   The "earth well"  on the outside has been redone with timbers per my request and appears to be tight and durable. My only comment to the contrary is that there was considerably more dust than I anticipated and a small ladder was not placed in the outside "earth well".

"The project started at the end of last summer.  I met with Heinen Contracting as well as several other contractors, as this was a really bid deal for us.  Right from the start, Greg gave us some really good advice, and we actually ended up changing the scope of work based on his direction.  We had been planning this garage addition for a long time, but Greg's design was much better than what we originally wanted to do.  It created a better flow from the garage to the house, and saved us a lot of money on materials and labor.  He really knew what he was doing with the permitting, we pulled the permit ourselves, as homeowners, but we wouldn't have been able to do it without all his assistance. His office staff was helpful and always available when we needed advice.  They started in the fall and were really good about keeping the job site clean, even after that first early snow when the mud got really bad.  All of the crew were very professional and respectful of our space and privacy.  The workmanship was top notch.  They continued through the winter, with a lull over the holidays, as we requested.  They got right back to work every day the weather would allow and we were all signed off and ready to use our new garage and additional space early this spring. 
We loved working with Greg. He was very responsive, very professional and most of all he has GREAT ideas and is very creative.  He really knows his industry and it shows in the outcome.  I will definitely call him again when we are ready to tackle another big project.
