We were very eager to get the work done since the wood fence was leaning way over because multiple posts had broken. They got us on the scheduled right away. A week later the fence broke free, half of it laying down and the other half twisting up to the good fence post. We were afraid all this twisting might make the fence unmendable. I called Peckels and they moved us up in the scheduled and came in the next two days to complete the repair. I called Jim in a panic.  I explained that the crew from a tree service  just left our house, having cut through our chain link fence in two places to remove three small weed trees from our yard.  The problem was, that fence separates our yard from our neighbors' yard -- and their two dogs, who would be running around the yard in about six hours.

"This provider did a great job and completed it in one day.   The replacement window is double paned and a large improvement over the prior window.   The "earth well"  on the outside has been redone with timbers per my request and appears to be tight and durable. My only comment to the contrary is that there was considerably more dust than I anticipated and a small ladder was not placed in the outside "earth well".
