Roxanne was so helpful, willing to work us into their already packed schedule, that same week. Rafael repaired a problem that was causing water to run behind a gutter and down the side of the house, and cleared a blockage in the downspout. He installed new lead seals on two plumbing stacks. He also examined the entire roof, as well as garage roof, explaining in detail what did not need any work now and what might need attention in the future.
