"We chose Window Concepts because they brought product samples to our home to assist us in picking out a new entry door and sidelights. I wasn't pleased with the scheduling process for installation though. They called 45 minutes after our original installation appointment time and said they wouldn't be able to make it that day. I had to wait another week and though they were a few hours late, they did show up. Despite the wait the installers did a great job and we are happy with the finished product."

"I work from home, and it is hard to think of a more non-intrusive home project experience. There were days I would go downstairs expecting to see Scott, but instead only saw the work that was already completed, The dog wouldnâ t even bark at him, and he barks at everyoneâ ¦ including me! We had two bedrooms to finish in our basement. The job required the closets, windows, ceilings and floors to be completed. Scott was able to work with some of style demands and make the rooms exactly match the finishes in the rest of the house. He also was able to come up with a beautiful cabinet solution to cover up some unsightly wiring in one of the bedrooms. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
