"We chose Window Concepts because they brought product samples to our home to assist us in picking out a new entry door and sidelights. I wasn't pleased with the scheduling process for installation though. They called 45 minutes after our original installation appointment time and said they wouldn't be able to make it that day. I had to wait another week and though they were a few hours late, they did show up. Despite the wait the installers did a great job and we are happy with the finished product."

Scott was able to work with some of style demands and make the rooms exactly match the finishes in the rest of the house. He also was able to come up with a beautiful cabinet solution to cover up some unsightly wiring in one of the bedrooms.
