He hand dug the windows which elminated the mess that machinery can make. After the windows were done, Ray went above the original scope of work and helped fix some blocks in the foundation. He was also able to remove and replace some of the original basment windows. We are now able to start on finishing our basement months earlier than if we went with another company. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
