"On July 1st (2021), Mel and Stephan from Innovative Basement Authority dug a 30'x18" trench by hand to bury our sump pump discharge pipe. They installed a freeze valve, 30' of 5" PVC, and a discharge grate, exactly where we asked to place it. They had to dig right next to the garage foundation, so this was no easy feat. They also made short work of removing a 4'x4' concrete pad for us. The guys were very courteous, punctual, and seriously hard-working. They did an exceptional job, and in just half a day, I was able to check 1 more item off my honey-do list! "Quoting was fair and easy. There was a bit of a mix up between the quote and the person's doing the work, but was resolved fairly quickly the work was done just as quickly. Our concrete was raised noticeably and our issue resolved at the time of the work. They have a great warranty, which should be considered with every job in my opinion, it's a fair price for peace of mind! Would use again and have already pass along a referral!"

"I just bought this house (without seeing it in person) and was surprised with concrete issues. I had 6 different companies come out to give quotes and Foam-Tek was the absolute most affordable by a land slide! The next closest quote was over twice the cost. I thought, "maybe their work quality isn't that good", but man was that theory wrong. Bruce and his son lifted the driveway apron and back patio concrete. Bruce even noticed another issue and offered to fix it free of charge (it took them an extra hour or so). My garage concrete also has a large crack going down the middle which is hollow.
