"On July 1st (2021), Mel and Stephan from Innovative Basement Authority dug a 30'x18" trench by hand to bury our sump pump discharge pipe. They installed a freeze valve, 30' of 5" PVC, and a discharge grate, exactly where we asked to place it. They had to dig right next to the garage foundation, so this was no easy feat. They also made short work of removing a 4'x4' concrete pad for us. The guys were very courteous, punctual, and seriously hard-working. They did an exceptional job, and in just half a day, I was able to check 1 more item off my honey-do list! "The price was great and dealing with Dale was easy. Everything looks good. They gave us a 3 year guarantee - so we will see. Since they kept to the estimate, showed up when they said they would - (had to reschedule 1 time due to a soaking rains on the first day setup), and cleaned up after themselves. All we can do is see if the slab stays put. Not if, but when I need concrete raised again I only need to make 1 call. Thanks Dale."

"They did great. The entire surface was level and free from tripping hazards. It is important to have them seal the cracks because there will be water from snow melt and the concrete will move. This will get you the 5 yr warrantee just in case."
