They came out several times to assess damage and come up with a plan to best match the siding repairs (since my insurance company would not cover a complete house siding replacement). Together we picked the best plan to mix and match existing siding so it would not and does not look like a mix and match. They also worked closely with my insurance company to get some additional items covered that the insurance adjuster had missed. When it came time to replace the roof, their crew was in and out in several days (unlike many neighbors who had crews that took weeks to complete even smaller, simpler roofs). After the roof was done, their crew arrived right on time and had the siding done within several days too. I chose to do some of the minor work myself and they had no problem doing that. And Jeff gave us credit for that so we saved a little money in the process. All in all, was a very good experience and great looking end products. Definitely would hire them again. Plus I like the idea of using a family owned business...I think that sets them apart from the competition. Thanks Jeff!"

They had previously reroofed our home about 15 years earlier and had done excellent work, so we contacted them for this project. Again, they did excellent work. Literally more than a dozen neighbors have told us how good our home looks. One even said it was stunning. Every person that we worked with from Rick's, their rep, construction crew, inspector, and office personnel were very good to work with and did their jobs well. An example, our neighborhood had many homes damaged by the hailstorm. Talking with our rep from Rick's on a sunny day outside our home, he told me that they only use the same lot of shingles when they roof. He said others will just take what they can get in situations like this where many homes are damaged and the demand for the shingles is high. He pointed out a house across the street from us and said that their roofer had mixed lots. I couldn't see what he saw, he told me over time it would show. All it took was for it to show was for it to rain, when the neighbor's roof is wet, I can see the distinct line patterns on their roof where the shingles are different.
