"Awful. This company has good reviews but was absolutely awful for me. Called because of a water leak which is supposed to be one of their specialties. They had me hire a separate inspector/specialist to evaluate the home exterior. They then tore a hole in our kitchen ceiling looking for the water leak. When they had difficulty identifying the origin of the leak they simply abandoned the project with a hole in the middle of our kitchen ceiling. Finding water leaks is difficult and I don't blame for having difficulty locating the leak but abandoning the project with a gaping hole in our kitchen is really extraordinarily bad service."

Unfortunately, we had gone through 2 different, high scoring, wallpaper companies and Thumbtack - for 2 different jobs neither of which were satisfactory, the second job in particular which included a small bathroom, walk in closet was done so poorly (dozens of poor seams, bubbles, tears, overlaps) that it had to be completely redone. David responded to us within less than a day, came to our house, evaluated what needed to be done, and was not only very informative, and let us know that we had to start from scratch and why. The wallpaper needed to be removed, the walls prepped, and the paper was rehung, not only in that room, but in a stairwell.
