It is a little expensive for foam insulation, dry wall and sub floor repair. I was in a rush to get it done and he is available in the same week so I ended up using this company. He forgot to lift up the bench right under the window so it is still dipping a little.

They were great to work with! They came in, did demo in the bathroom, installed a new window, tub, bath fan, and trim! The work was done quickly and professionally! It was clear that they cared about keeping costs low and keeping us in the loop at every step as well - communication was fantastic!
