Northern insulation & building solutions

They were willing to work on the weekend but showed up late and then had to stay past 10 pm. Complaints from neighbors. I dealt with all this but now can not get a receipt from them.

Friendly and knows what the job requires. Answered questions I had.

To start, they arrived 2.5 hours late for our scheduled time of 9am. I had to leave the house at 1pm but they assured me they that it would only take an hour. 2.5 hours later they did not finish and told me they would have to come back the next day and that they would send me the time later in the evening. At midnight I get two text one saying 8am the other said 9am. They show up at 11:30am. I was told that after the job was done we would need to sand the spackle and then paint. The spackle that was left is crack and sunken into the wall so we have to respace it as well. The room was left a mess even after they vacuum (using our vacuum) and we have a nice pile of insulation in our front yard for some reason. On top of that some sort of binding agent used in the wall got on our carpet in multiple places and we cannot get it out even with a steam cleaner. I was told multiple times that they would come back and clean the carpet but 3 weeks later and they have not come back. Very unreliable company. Apart from owning the equipment needed they seem like amateurs instead of professionals.

They were prompt, they looked at the attic more than just from the opening, did what they promised and cleaned up after themselves. I was happy to have them work on our house.

A & R Insulation just took care of insulating my attic, including installing air chutes, etc. They were communicative, on time, professional and cleaned everything up after completing the job. I highly recommend this company!

We had a little confusion with setting an initial appt through the Angi app, but the team was very thorough during the inspection and provided two options to solve our moisture problem.
