The work crew (Ray and Luis Nava) were fantastic in all ways; communication, skill and workmanship. They worked tirelessly and efficiently(even in some harsh winter temperatures) and always informed me of issues they encountered with our somewhat “wonky” house 😏 that they addressed with proper solutions. Horrible communication and the owner is flat out not a pleasant person to deal with. Very rude and unresponsive. Was not impressed one bit with pretty much anything they did. Price was too high for quality and they just flat out don't care about your happiness with the end product. You can tell just by the way they handle things. Look elsewhere!!!"

Justin inspected the damage and promised a recoat, but suggested waiting until the situation worsened and the winter passed, assuring me it would still be covered. Several years later, I believed the issue had worsened and attempted to contact them. After four initial text messages, Justin responded, requesting photos, which I promptly sent. Despite numerous follow-up texts, I received no further communication. I was ghosted! On July 19th, I sent a text stating that if I didn't hear back, I would file a report with the Better Business Bureau and post negative reviews on social media. As of August 1st, there has been no contact."
