About us
Minnesota residential building contractor licensed Madsen Concrete Services LLC is owned and operated by Thomas Madsen. Tom is certified in the American Concrete Institute as a master finisher. Being owner operated, the entire process will be overseen by Tom personally, from estimating through the final billing. Tom will be the primary person doing all the work for each project and you will never be dealing with any sub-contractors. Tom takes great pride in his work and believes in honest and fair pricing. Tom will spend time with the customer to make sure he understands all their requirements and that the right materials are chosen for a quality and lasting product. Madsen Concrete Services requires 50% of the total down at the start of the job and the remaining balance after all work has been completed. Included with an estimate will be an information packet that that will cover the project process and the maintenance of your new concrete.

The tear out and forming was done in one day. The following day the new patio was poured and it looks great. I opted to have them install new sod in the area surrounding the new patio and they did a great job leveling the old soil and laying the new sod.
I couldn't be more happy with the experience or final product.
