Anchor Iron railings were installed with excellent work, looking great! As a superior professional family business, we're impressed. Our purpose of being able to walk with improved balance, using a cane while holding each railing, was a helpful blessing!

I'm very happy with the railing that Anchor Iron installed on my front steps and sidewalk. They forged a custom railing that fits perfectly and will make my front walk much safer in the wintertime. They were able to get it done much sooner than promised, which was an additional plus. The staff I worked with were very professional. I recommend them to anyone who needs custom ironwork.

I stopped at their showroom. Spoke with Mark and discussed the project. Showed a picture of existing railing. He showed me examples of railing design and gave me a ballpark for cost. Next day I phoned and made an appointment for Mark to come to my home, measure and quote the project. Mark came to my home, completed all measurements and finalized design and color options. Quoted me total cost for removal, disposal of old and complete installation of new. Next day I stopped by the showroom and gave 50% deposit and approved the project. 6-8 week production time-frame. Received a call from Mark within the promised time-frame to schedule installation. His two man crew arrived right on time to begin installation. Very professional and friendly crew and the installation was done as if they were installing this in their own home. immaculate cleanup leaving my home spotless. Very pleased with the entire process and finished product.

The job could not have gone any better. They came out and measured the steps and porch for distance and angle. It came to 33 ft. There was a 4 week wait time as they constructed the railing and scheduled the installation. It came in three pieces. The iron work could not have been better. It was perfect. The installation went well. They were perfectionists as they insured the dust from boring the holes in the concrete was vacuumed up, they made sure that the material used to secure the posts in the concrete was neat with none going onto the metal posts, they touched up the railing in the few spots where there had been scratches occurring during installation. The finished project was perfect. Could not have done a better job.

They showed up when they said they would to measure. Showed us some pics. We picked out the color and handed them a deposit. I would do it all over again. The guys that showed up to do the work were professional, friendly and did a beautiful job. Cleaned up afterwards.

Anchor Iron responded quickly to our inquiry and came out to our home to provide an estimate. A few short weeks later, the railing was installed. We are very pleased with the service and wrought iron railing provided by Anchor Iron and highly recommend them!

My new outdoor railings were just installed yesterday, and they look great so far. The Anchor Iron team was very easy to work with. They were polite, professional, knowledgeable, and have a wide selection of designs to choose from. Once I made my selection, I expected the process to take much longer than it did based on previous reviews, but perhaps owing to the early Spring season, they had my order ready and installed in under 2 weeks! They don't require that the homeowner is at the site during installation, but I wanted to be there to make sure the order was correct and that the railings were placed properly since it would be difficulty to correct any mistakes once they're in - and the staff were really great about rescheduling for a time that I could be there. Everyone I worked with was very polite, and the finished product is beautiful and has greatly improved the safety of my outdoor steps!

We had a great experience with Anchor Iron. Super responsive, and a fair price, too. We had them install a single white wrought iron railing on our steps to the front door, where there previously was none. The work was timely, and clean, no sign of them even being onsite other than a nice, new railing. I would hire again.

Excellent service - reasonable prices ; Samples brought home, scheduled installation after choosing design. The installers came on time and got the work done, without any hassle. Will definitely recommend them.

I was pleasantly surprised as to the amount of choices available, plus choice of colors. The estimator provided a book of design pictures for ideas as to what they could manufacture. Once I chose the design, then he helped me with a color choice to go with my house colors. The estimator was on time for the appointment. Once he wrote up the order, he gave me an estimated time that it would take to make the railings which was about 5-6 weeks. When the came to install, he was on time for the appointment. He carefully leveled the railings and set the front and back poles in a concrete mix, and put up a sign so that no one would touch it for 24 hours so that the cement could set up properly. I absolutely love the front step railings! The color is perfect (called terratone - kind of a taupy beige) and the design really sets off the railing and adds so much to the look of the front door. The railings are a great addition to the front of our house.

Excellent! Anchor Iron representative was helpful and courteous on the phone when scheduling time for an estimate. They were out within the week to measure and give us a bid. I drove out to the showroom (not necessary but allowed me to look at actual product) to look at sample railings. Adam answered all my questions and was very pleasant to work with. I asked if they could make the design within the railing taller. Adam said he thought they could, and made a couple of CAD drawings which he emailed to me that day. The changes were made without any additional charge. Anchor Iron was able to install the railings sooner than originally planned. They look great! Pleasant, knowledgeable, fairly priced, high quality work, prompt, quick to return calls/emails. In my experience, Anchor Iron stands out as a company with a great product and great customer service.

After an exchange of phone calls, we agreed that someone would come to the house at 9am on September 22nd to give me an estimate for the work needed (build and install some custom iron railings for our back step). First, the guy showed up 40 minutes late (after calling at 9:20 to tell me he was going to be late). He then didn't even have the courtesy to knock on the front door, instead electing to head to the side gate. After opening the gate for him (we keep it locked) he didn't introduce himself and just said Hello and apologized for being late. He took a few minutes taking measurements and then wrote up the quote and said if we wanted to go ahead we just needed to sign it and then return it. The quote was a little higher than the company we ended up using (O'Brien Ornamental Iron), but it was mostly the way this guy acted that put me off. He had no customer skills whatsoever - maybe he isn't normally in the field dealing with customers?

They did an excellent job. They did it in a reasonable amount of time. They came when they said they were going to come to pick it up.
