"I was going to have some work done to my basement and needed the water heater moved. It was time replace the heater so I asked Northern if they could remove the heater and install the new one the next day. They were fine with that. The workers were very professional and friendly. The installer took the time to explain all the controls and maintenance. Very pleased with results"

"Safe Basements have been a complete joy to work with, the customer service was professonal and friendly. The assesser was honest, no up selling or down selling.
