He kindly walked me through the process of installing, cost, etc after I explained our situation. Was able to get him out within 2 days. He was very friendly and worked fast. Where the sump pump was installed, I thought he could've cleaned up better - there was chunks of concrete and dirt and dust pretty much everywhere. Also, the hose that ending up coming out of the hose had 3 holes in it. With a call, he came back and replaced the hose a couple days later."
