We are a small family woman owned plumbing business located in Minneapolis/St Paul Minnesota. Our family has proudly been providing plumbing services throughout the Twin Cities area for over 50 years & 4 generations. We provide emergency, evening & weekend plumbing services. We do not do mainline drain cleaning, just secondary.

Terrible. I called for a gas leak service call. They scheduled next day and sent someone who knew nothing about has furnaces! We were charged $69. For him to walk in and the tell us he was not qualified! I called the company, and got ZERO help, or consideration, even to negotiate some sort of discount for services NOT rendered.

I could not have been more pleased with the work Lonn did to find and fix a leak above my ceiling and then replace my kitchen faucet. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problems, answered all my questions, gave honest advice, and then did expert work. If I ever need a plumber again, A Aart's & Tims will be my first call!

Because of the uniqueness of the problem, the initial plumber was unable to do the work. He then had a higher qualified plumber come out to fix the problem. (I appreciated the fact that the first plumber recognized, and admitted, that the problem was above his level of expertise.) The second individual did an excellent job.

Work was well done, with an efficient courteous worker. He worked around complications with the in-wall connections for the shower head with a minimum amount of added time or expense.

They were very prompt in getting out to fix the broken water pipe, however they were short of necessary parts (3/4" copper pipe, coupling) that they should have carried in their truck. Nevertheless, they got the parts in short order, plus they had to special order new faucet fittings from the faucet manufacturer ( MOEN),

She did it very quickly for me, which I appreciated. She helped me out when I needed something in a timely fashion. The price was a little more than what we had talked about. I am not going to go there, because she did a good job and got me what I needed. She did it fast for me. She was only here 20 minutes. I would use her again.

They were on time, professional, and did exactly what they were suppose to do and they also did some caulking for me at my request. Everything went fine, the only thing was that he didn't clean up as well as I would have hoped and left some foot prints behind.
