service was great - but GE stopped making the needed replacement pump so we couldn't complete the repair. Technician was prompt, professional and very sympathetic about the abysmal support for GE Profile Series. I was completely satisfied with West Metro Appliance and highly recommend.

Pleasant staff, techs and phone person. Took two trips, two different techs, both good guys. (Only one trip charge.) Needed a new fuse. Second tech installed the fuse but also completely dismantled and vacuumed out the dryer - nice. Would have liked to know the cost of shipping the part from St. Louis Park, would have gone to get it myself. Not cheap, but I didn't want to mess with natural gas. Side note - the business seems to be in Eden Prairie now.

West Metro Appliance did a great job repairing our dryer. We were pleased by how responsive they were -- they said they couldn't repair it the SAME day we called, but could come first thing the next day! (We are used to repair people saying they could maybe work us in next week.) The price for repair was very reasonable, and they were prompt and professional. If we ever need another appliance repaired, we'll hire them again for sure.

I am not sure they did everything they could have done, but they were punctual. They could have kept me more informed of what they were doing.
