"Awful. This company has good reviews but was absolutely awful for me. Called because of a water leak which is supposed to be one of their specialties. They had me hire a separate inspector/specialist to evaluate the home exterior. They then tore a hole in our kitchen ceiling looking for the water leak. When they had difficulty identifying the origin of the leak they simply abandoned the project with a hole in the middle of our kitchen ceiling. Finding water leaks is difficult and I don't blame for having difficulty locating the leak but abandoning the project with a gaping hole in our kitchen is really extraordinarily bad service."

After multiple emails and voicemails with photos of the issues, I have not received a response. I was not even that mad as things happen, but to disappear when your work is being questioned has me really disappointed. They masked off and covered all the windows, power washed the house, scraped it, applied peal-bond in selected areas, caulked, repaired rotten areas, foamed penetrations, applied two coats of paint, painted shutters and our deck. It took them two weeks working hard. Sure you can get it done by a cheap company in a couple of days and it will last maybe a couple of years. They have completely painted both the inside and outside of our house. We will not use anyone else. Mario, his foreman and Carlos and Nico are solid safe workers. They take care of your interests."
