Our neighbor recommended Airic's when we were without A/C in the summer of 2018. Eric came out to look at our existing system very shortly after my husband contacted him. He gave us a very competitive quote. Much lower than another company's quote. Even with the high temps and humidity, Airic's was able to come out within a week to install a new A/C unit. The men that came over to install it were very professional and polite, and had to endure our very hot attic to get the work done. Eric came by afterward to check on their work and our home was already cooling down by the time they left. It was awesome. We had to call them out a year later to check on it because it wasn't cooling as well as it should and they came out right away and took care of it. Would definitely recommend.

Our 1926 Minneapolis basement has seven foot ceilings and Airic’s did an excellent job hiding our old ducts in the floor joists and creating new custom ducts that hugged close to the floor joists when necessary for our basement remodel project. Because of their hard work and ingenious custom duct construction, one can now walk in our basement without having to duck their head to miss an air duct. My partner is six foot four foot inches tall so maintaining as much ceiling height as possible was very important in our remodel. They nailed it! Thank you Airic’s!

Responsive. Was able to install quickly after coming out for the estimate. Most others were 4 to 6 weeks out. They were clean and professional.

They were on time, descriptive and did a great job. My only qualm, not even a complaint was that responses were delayed at times, but everyone seems to genuinely helpful. They are a Carrier dealer, and replaced my 32 year old Carrier furnace with a new one! I would recommend them to anyone looking for great products at an affordable cost.

as an excel energy home-smart customer I have no choice but to use Airics. They know that the customer is stuck and with no options to go elsewhere. I needed someone to fix my furnace. the technician did not arrive at the agreed upon time and came when I was on my out. he did not apologize or give any excuse for showing up after he was scheduled-just shrugged his shoulders and said "oh". no one from Airics called to reschedule or apologize. when I called excel to ask if I could get my furnace fixed with a different provider they said they only contract with Airics, but that the technician stated the work was not done because I refused at the door.
Response from Airic's Heating
"We are a service partner with Xcel. SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) is to call the client and set up a time frame with the homeowner; for we do not always know the duration of the prior service/repair call(s). A service call may be a filthy filter take caused a shut down and takes 5 minutes to fix, or a call taking hours to repair. Our Techs are scheduled on a cloud based "live" dispatch software with GPS, preset calendar, active billing system, etc. This call was scheduled with a 0800 - 1000 arrival time, his 2nd of the day after the a 0700 call for an emergency "elderly no-heat" in Minnesota Winter. He arrive at 0930. She directed anger at our tech and refused him entry. After a failed attempt at resolution, reschedule was the only option. Our tech departed. Dispatch rescheduled the call. Service tech repaired the unit. Diagnosed as properly functioning within 30 minutes. After the fact : we were the second HVAC repair company to diagnose this furnace, offering a second opinion. Another company told her the bearing on the inducer motor was shot on a fully functioning, actively working furnace; it was quoted over $600.00+ in repairs. With that said -- it turns out; our competitor tried ripping her off and we get the poor review. We would agree she was very angry. We do our best to defuse situations and get on with the repairing. Since we were not allowed to enter, our tech was directed on to his next appointment. Almost always the Customer just gets on with the repairs immediately -- we were asked to leave. Our dispatch and service are aware Clients have busy lives and usually take time off to be present at the call. Clients are also upset with the inconvenience and disruption of their home temperature and climate of their house, plus face the possibility of replacement costs. As we are busy juggling the schedule to maximize our service techs repair time and demands. Our dispatch software sets and documents input data and times. It is our procedure that is set in the software program: the client is notified when we are 'on our way' and SOP to call if late. We set overlap appointments on an average 2 hour appointment with travel time. Our input reads 0800-1000 arrival time and we were within this parameter. We arrived at 0930. The homeowner would not and did not allow our service person to do his work. What is at issue here seems to be communication.: Did the customer understand 0800 - 1000 as repair time or as arrival time? Was it effectively communicated to the client via dispatch and/or the service contract? And we will continue to apologize for not properly communicating an arrival time of 8-10. Airic's Heat & Air consider hopes all issues resolved."

Went nearly flawlessly. Tech was on-time, professional, and finished early. There were a couple issues with the electrical work, but their electrician came out to the next day or two to wrap it all up. Recommended.

a couple of years ago we got a city urban upkeep property loan and one of the conditions of the loan was to upgrade the homes heater unit so we got a general contractor who contacted Airic's Heating

now this general contractor was not a good contractor and the only reason the whole renovating was some what acceptable was because of the profession installation by Airic's Heating,

Eric was the heating guy and I recommend Airic's Heating and especially ....Eric and his crew

if it wasn't  for Eric and his crew professionalism ,the whole experience would have been a bad experience that we would remember for the rest our life,

this whole process took approximately 3 days to complete

first day Eric  came out to the house looked over the existing unit and suggested we replace it. we told him that we had plans for redoing the basement and asked if it was possible for him to relocate the new unit to allow more space in the basement he said no problem he took measurements and said he would order the unit and it will arrive in a week or so,,

on the second visit ( about a week later) he came in and removed the old unit reworked the existing duct work in a few hours, he said he would be back after lunch with the new unit , in about a hour he was back  and installed the unit and had some of the duct work attached ,

the third visit (the next day ) he brought the cooling unit and had it hooked up and a matter of a couple of hours ,, he finished the duct work and the electrical was already installed for him to turn it on,

he explained how to use the unit and went over the paper work and how to install filters with us

he said the system had to be inspected and he would be back when the inspector would be here in about week

when the inspector came to the house Eric was waiting for him and they came in and did what they needed to do

Eric made sure every thing was still ok and told us to contact him if we had any questions or problems

it was because of the quickness and professionalism of Erics company that changed the whole renovating process for us

because of them we are extremely happy with what we did,, we cant thank them enough

I strongly recommend this company to any one who needs heating and ac work done,

thank you Airic's Heating,     your loyal customer Nancy B.

Our issue this summer arose when our AC stopped cooling when it was 95 degrees outside.  Adam came to our home at 7:00 at night for no additional cost. He added Freon, but told me we had a substantial crack in the unit and that it may or may not work.  Two days later, we were back to a hot house.  I called Adam and they came back to give us guidance on what to do. Our furnace was also 18 years old, and as I learned, the size of the old furnace impacts the size of the coils for the new AC unit (the old furnaces are too tall and limit the size of the coils that can be used - which means that the air will not be distributed as effectively throughout your home). Adam quoted me a price on a new Carrier furnace and AC unit. Due to the substantial costs associated, we got two additional bids. The other two companies gave us the same advice that Adam did, but the costs were more than his quote.  Adam and team arrived the next AM and were very respectful of our family and home.  Everyone covered their shoes each time they came in and drop clothes were placed to further protect our wood floors and carpeting. They finished the job very efficiently and continually checked in with me to provide updates on the status of the job. Two weeks later, my mother's AC stopped cooling. This was on a Sat.  I called Adam and he was over there within hours, again for no extra cost on a Saturday. This team was one of the most effective service and repair teams I have ever dealt with. I will recommend them to anyone who asks. If there was an option to give them 6 stars, I would give them that!!

With the extreme heat, small children and a family illness we needed quick, affordable results. Airic's responded rapidly. They came to home promptly and diagnosed the problem. They were extremely professional and determined the problem quickly. Their experience and knowledge was quite impressive along with their polite demeanor, consideration for costs and ability to fit us in on their tight schedule to get the repair done.

Their attention to detail, timeliness and pricing is impressive. Finding reliable, trustworthy contractors these days is not easy. This professional company is definitely worth it!

Last year we had a home improvement home loan one of the things we had done was to update our furnace to one that had central air, the installer was polite and punctual, he came in and within 2 days had the system up and running.  For the first time this house had ac, and we enjoyed it all summer long.  The heater was giving me a little problem so I called Eric last night ,,, explained I had a problem with my furnace, he said he would come out in the morning.  He said he would make sure I was the first one he would go to and true to his word he came to my house and with in a few mins had my heat up and running,

He did not charge me for the service call, he stood by his guys work and I would strongly recommend this company to all my friends and family.  They are very professional and courteous.   A pleasure to work with!

What a nightmare working with this company. I hired them to install my in floor radiant heat pumps and boiler.  They installed the pumps for the garage too far away from the boiler, they failed to get the air out of the system and the pumps caivated. When it went below zero of course the pipes froze. They cut up my concrete garage floor to try and fix the leaks and when they realized it would all have to be replaced they LEFT the job with holes in the concrete floor.  I was unable to close unless I paid them.  The rest of the system was also poorly designed and installed.  Incompatible metal joints still leak to this day.  Airic cites it meets code which is the minimum amount that must be done when installing a system.  This past winter the pumps cavated again due to the continual leakage and new water needing to be added every ten days to maintain working pressure in the system.  I found out there was no way to purge the system of excess air!   They had to disassemble a pump and put in a manual purge valve, clear the air and reinstall the pump.  Now mind you I still have the leaks and there is still no way to purge the system short of taking the system apart.  Too add insult to injury they charged me another $300 for purging my system that I think should have had a purge valve to begin with.  STAY AWAY you don't need the headaches they are likely to bring you.  Oh by the way in my last contact with Airic he tried to blackmail me into removing my negative posting.  Saying he would not even come out to look at our system unless I removed it first.  He's keeping his word on that I see.

After I had another company service my furnace and AC, I was told that I needed an entire new A/C system.   Also if I replaced my furnace  along with the A/C I would get a considerable discount. That I should not make any repairs because those would be more costly to me.
I made an appointment for them to come back out the next day to diagnois my problem which was an additional expense to me.
After they left I was in tears and googled  up other service providers.
Within  2 minutes my phone rang and AIRICS Heating I responded not me.
Needless to say I was overwhelmed and all that I had  in my mind was replacing my entire AC. How much was that going to be?!!!!!
I struggled with my conversation  with AIRICS and tried to explain of what just went on.
They told me that they could pay me a visit and give me a 2nd opinion first thing in the morning.
2  technicians  arrived at house early the  next morning, they assessed the situation and told me what I needed to do.
It was  the compressor motor that needed to be replaced(it was shot) which was 350.00.  They had it installed within a few hours.
They cleaned the fins of the exterior unit, tested the  R 22, and cleaned the A coil inside.  All for a whopping $400.00.
They educated me somewhat in a/c and explained the different components to me, what they did and how they worked.
They treated me as if I was one of their MOMs or a sister.
They were kind, respectful, patient and they cared.
I cannot say enough good things about AIRICS.
They have 10 GOLD STARS by me.
BRAVO!!!!!!!!!
P.S.  Needless to say I cancelled the other appointment for those Yahoo's.

It was a difficult system and they had to come back a few times. Very congenial folks to deal with and totally concerned with customer satisfaction. I wish it didn't cost so much but I am warm and I have a boiler which not so many work on. Very happy with these guys.

We needed just a vent for a fan put in a bathroom. Most of the folks we contacted weren't interested because it was too small of a job. We were in a bind because we needed a licensed contractor to do it but couldn't find anyone. Airic's was referred to us through our realtor, responded quickly and had no problem doing the job.
