I requested a quote on Angie's list and on the company's Web site and it has been over 1 1/2 weeks with no response!

It went nowhere. She was dismissive rude, and it's a terrible company.

He was very helpful.

The service was excellent, the technicians personalities were great, a great job reassuring me and he did a fantastic job.

We contacted Adams Pest Control for a problem wasp nest that I couldn't spray effectively. The technician who came out was Caitlin and she was outstanding. She was professional, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Not only did she take care of the nest I was aware of, she was thorough enough to find 2 more and took care of them as well. We had a really good experience with Adams due to Caitlin and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. Well done!

After being scheduled with Scott for a week, coordinating and making sure all homeowners were available to let Scott into their homes at stated time on said date, and coordinating the deck repair company to be here at the same time, Scott did not show up. He also deleted all traces of the texts he had sent me confirming the appointment time and date. Upon calling Adam's I was told Scott was off today and there was another person who could come out in a couple hours, at which time none of us would still be available. Completely unreliable, inept, unprofessional company that our association will never have anything to do with.

Poorly - we were happy in the beginning because our service tech, Earl, was great. He's not our service tech any more and it's gone down hill. Service techs do not inspire confidence. We had a bat sighting and asked that Adams help with it - the service tech did not go into the attic, did not notice an obvious point of entry and MOST importantly did not tell us that there is a window of time to deal with them before the winter. After that point the bats are 'protected' until spring. Now we're living with bats in our house. Lastly, when I called to cancel the service - the rep, teressa, was rude and the supervisor I talked to was patronizing. Don't bother - go with a more professional outfit.

Adam's Pest Control (Fritz) showed up twice, once on 9/12 to assess and track down mice entry points and then block these entry points on 9/15. Afterwards I used traps I already had in the garage and basement to determine the effect. No mice so far after over 3 weeks, normally in the fall there would be 3 or more. . In the process a rotted out window frame that I did not know about was discovered by Fritz which I am planning to fix as soon as the new window is here, grateful that he found it, it was not easy to find due to its location. Lots of knowledge about the habits, etc of these creatures was shared that will be useful in the future.

Friendly and efficient technician arrived on time. Did inspection and provided possible solutions.

We had a mouse problem, the exterminator set 3 traps in the house and within a week we caught the mouse.

I initially called Adams to remove a swallow's nest from over the exterior front door of my home in July 2017. I was told that since this is a migratory bird that the nest could not be removed until Fall. Called back in October. Scheduled 10/10/17 as date for nest to be removed and preventative screen to be placed on the location to deter future nests. Quote by phone was $125 for nest removal and application of a screened netting, and was told service would be completed on 10/10. On 10/10 a rep named Oscar arrived at my home and looked at the area to be fixed for exactly 4 minutes and handed me a paper quote of $199 and said he "did not have time" to complete the work that day and that I should schedule another time for the work. That same day I called Adams to schedule another appointment for 11/1. I stayed home from work that day but nobody showed. Meantime, I received a bill for $213.18 but no work had been done. Called Adam's main office number again and was told they would investigate and that someone would get back to me. On 11/17 a supervisor (Josh) called me saying he was on his way to my home (unscheduled). Josh removed the nest while I was at work but did not address the preventative screen. I called Adams again. They did not know when the preventative screen would be completed and specified they would have someone call me back. I received a voice mail on 12/15 from Oscar (the original estimator) saying that "a supervisor would be out to look at the job". No communication has occurred since 12/15/17, and 3 months has elapsed since the original appointment was scheduled, and work is still not complete. Yet, I am being billed monthly for the full $213.18. My recommendation: Find another company to do your pest control work. This company has a terrible service ethic and even worse communication! I would not recommend this company to anyone for any reason.

When I called, they quoted me $199. When I hesitated, she said $99 as long as I get a second treatment in the spring. She did not have a service technician available as quickly as I wanted, so when I mentioned shopping elsewhere she put me on hold to find another technician. Then she wanted me to pay over the phone and when I said I've never had to do that before, she said I could pay the guy who does the treatment when he comes. I asked if the person would be calling me prior to heading to my house and she said yes. Since I work so close to home, I would just head over there when they call. They never called. THANKFULLY, I did not pay them over the phone. The whole interaction seemed very unprofessional with the price quote and the wanting payment in advance. If I had paid them in advance, I wonder how long it would have taken to get a refund for the no-show. I thought they were a reputable company, but have now changed my mind. Will be calling a different provider to complete the work.

Technician "Josh" was very polite and professional. He was on time and took care of our ant problem

Fritz was excellent, and even followed-up with recommendations of companies who may be able to complete needed construction work to reduce rodent entry points.

They did a very good job. I don't have any mice anywhere. I am happy.

One application did the trick. I removed the nest a week later.

Fantastic company. Contacted while on vacation to help with our in laws hornet problem at their home. Prompt response via mobile and successfully arranged service while on the road. Technician, Kevin, arrived in the window offered. So quiet my mom didn't even hear the ladder go on the house. Office response to set up appt was friendly, helpful and efficient. Hornets gone. Our chances to arrange an annual contract are now much improved due to such a positive customer experience. Thank you!!!
