"Had a home alarm system with a company previous to MRJ but MRJ bought the company out when the owner passed away. Have had MRJ for about 2 years and each year the price has seemed to creep up. The latest bill I received was confusing and from what I could read it had gone up again. I attempted to contact the company via phone, email and text. No response was given in any of the multiple attempts. When I did try calling they asked me to text them (???) as the means of contact. I asked them to please return my call and explain the bill, no one ever returned my call. I tried to cancel and no one has returned my call so I ended up calling the alarm service that monitors my house and telling them to put my service on hold until the subscription expires as I have moved onto another firm. When I did have them do work in the past, the slow response was also experienced and again the only way to get ahold of them is to text them. Customer service is very poor and prices were high, but what could I do they were the only ones that could service the equipment that was used."

They tore it down to the studs and built it all back up with excellent plans, schedule, management of subcontractors, countertops and custom cabinets. The project stayed on and met the twelve-week schedule they laid out. The Cambria countertop measurements, production and installation took at least three to four weeks of that timeline and that could only happen AFTER the cabinets were installed, so their part actually went pretty fast. They took the time to make the cabinets fit our older house's kitchen measurements/eccentricities and supplies/appliances that we used."
