My house was hit by the tornado that went through north Minneapolis in May. It damaged the security system. Innovative Security did a great job scheduling two tech appointments promptly and around my schedule.
I have had a significant problem getting my insurance company to respond and pay tornado damage bills in a reasonable time frame, and because I've been a longstanding good customer who always pays her bills on time, ISSI has been fantastic in being patient and working with me as I fight with the insurance and mortgage companies to get these bills paid.
