There have been constant problems. Their technician visits are extremely expensive. The owners rude. Their monitoring sketchy. (Had a smoke detector continually beep...took it down on a Saturday, had them call on Monday to see if we had a problem.) Really??
Never felt "protected" with their system. Felt their equipment to be unreliable.
Was very relieved to cancel our association with them and go with a more reliable company. Should have done it years ago but they assured us of better service. Not.

Lloyd customer service was excellent and I would highly recommend them for both sales representative care and professional installation. When one of the sensors didn't work quite right the first time they installed it because of a manufacturing defect, they came out immediately and replaced it. In the process we decided to upgrade with a few extras and they installed those with no problems.
Lloyd customer service lived up to it's billing and was certainly worth going with their local company.

I selected Lloyd based on professionalism, knowledge, price and product. The sales consultant was extremely knowledgable and spent nearly an hour with me just understanding my needs. The installer Martrelle was prompt, professional, and picked up after himself. He was very patient with me when he explained how to use the system and did not leave until I was comfortable. I love all of the features of my new security system, especially the fact that I do not need a phone line.
