QuoteHero's website is really easy to navigate and understand. I felt safe sharing private information on their website. Also, I had the agent call me directly so I didn't have to wait on hold for anyone. We found great insurance that fit all of my needs and ended up saving money! Definitely will recommend and use for other insurance and warranties in the near future!

I used quote hero during my hunt for home insurance due to its good standing on Angie's list. The service returned one insurance quote that was twice as much as any other quote that I had received. I was a little surprised since Angie's list showed such great reviews... But oh well it worth a try. The worst part is that I have tons of spam email targeted toward homeowners now, and have gotten 5 phone calls from the service in the last 2 days. If you try them, definitely use your junk email account, and be prepared for phone calls.

However, because we didn't leave a message when we called, it is understandable why the calls were mis-interpreted as unsolicited phone calls from other agents. The reason we called was to indicate we could possibly offer a significant savings if we had more information. Indeed we did have a considerably more affordable solution but never connected by phone or email to offer the savings. I explained this to the member and she seemed satisfied. We have since made a policy change and are leaving messages when we call. Member indicated she would consider using QuoteHero again when needing insurance. PinPoint and the entire team are AMAZING! If you want to be taken care of then just go with them. Finding the best price is always a plus, but there is something so much more satisfying when you know you are working with good people, too. They are professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Most of all you cannot doubt their integrity which is what I respect very much. They're that good. I've only only worked with Andreas and Steve but I have no doubt that they are ALL awesome. I never thought buying life insurance would be as easy as PinPoint made the process. It was seamless and very convenient for busy young professionals, like myself. It's basically shopping online.
