"Blake and Alex came early (after calling to check that it was ok). They had a board to protect our wood floor and taped up the top of our stainless range. After fixing our vent-a-hood, they went to work and found the gas leak that another company couldn’t find. They had to take the whole back off and had no problem getting it done. I then mentioned another problem with the igniters (we had a constant clicking when using the gas burners that we’d had looked at numerous times in the past 18 years). Blake set to work and got that fixed too! I cannot tell you how impressed I am! I will never call another repairman — these guys are just too good!!! I cannot recommend them highly enough."

Their warranty declined a replacement and they and we are waiting for LG to review for replacement. They are passing the buck and not even responding to emails and requests for explanations as to how long this is going to take. We have appealed to more people that we can count, but they do not care. Do not believe all their slogans that they care for customer, because they do not. "We got our recommendation from Menards. They told us for a gas stove it would be about $90. I contacted Kurt, he was super nice and said he could come out on Monday morning (this was a Saturday) he came out as said. We needed a new gas line, and in the end- it cost $290. In the meantime the stove from moving it in and out scratched my new kitchen floor pretty bad. He apologized over and over once he noticed it, and I thought maybe just maybe he wouldn’t charge the full price, or offer to fix the floor would have been nice. But nope. We paid the full price- and now we are stuck with a floor we have to fix."

"I recently moved to the area, and decided to try Lowe's. I have visited the store about seven times, and left disappointed each time. The final straw came yesterday, when I ordered for store pickup some lighting. The website said they had them in stock and they were preparing my order. When I didn't hear back, I stopped in when driving by. They had not filled my order, and didn't seem to know why or what to do about it. I asked if I could get the items, bring them to her and have the order closed out. She didn't know how to do that. I asked if I could cancel the order, go get the items and purchase them at checkout. I cancelled the order and went to retrieve the product. There were none in the store. While searching, the overhead intercom announced customer service needed at pickup--the same cashier who had "helped" me was in the aisle next to me with another employee. She said, loudly, "I was JUST there...I can't find any of this **** stuff." (Me either, I thought.) So as not to waste a trip, I attempted to buy some lamps they had displayed. They did not have them in store. Previous trips: didn't have light bulbs I was looking for; didn't have any yard waste bags; purchased register covers, which were broken when I opened them; didn't have cleaning supplies I went in for...Each time, employees were rude, lazy and avoided me when I approached for help. I will be giving my business to other home improvement stores in the area."
