Apple Appliance Repair - Fairfax

We requested someone come to put in a washing machine and dryer. The guy came he was to attach the stands to the dryer and the washer and install them. He put the washing machine dryer and washer on the stands and broke both of the stands To the point they were unrepairable he didn’t remove the shipping bolts so I had to pay someone else to come back out and remove the washer and dryer and have it reinstalled once again after paying Apple appliance repair $250. Huge waste of money installer knew absolutely nothing. Beware!!!!

Danger: We used Apple Appliance Repair (Ashburn) twice in the last year - both for a bad Samsung ice maker. They replaced it with a 'new' one year ago (for $350) and now that one has gone bad. After doing some searching, I determined they installed a replacement brand that can be purchased of about $90 as opposed to a Samsung OEM for about $150. Do not use these guys as they are not honest - you really do not know what they are replacing. [UPDATE 6/29/2020 - Angie's List] - I am currently working with the vendor to correct the issues. [UPDATE 7/8/2020 - Angie's List] - The parts discrepancy has been successfully resolved by Apple Appliance. This appears to be a parts supplier issue.

Well we bought a new dishwasher & my assumption was that the price included installation, but I found out the hard way, on the day of the delivery that installation was not included & even if I pay the delivery guys the cost of installation, they are not authorized to install. I have to call Lowe's & schedule an installation appointment. I was in no mood to wait for another day, so I searched my local community FB page & got Apple Appliances Number (lots of people recommended them). They were at my house in 30 minutes &installed the dishwasher. After the installation the lead technician noticed that the dishwasher was making unusually loud noise during filling of water. I thought it was normal noise since my old dishwasher use to make a lot of noise, but he told me that for this high-end dishwasher it is making too much noise and I should call Lowe's to replace the unit. I was still not sure as I didn't wanted to get inconvenience d, but he convinced me & glad I did. They came again & installed the replaced unit with no extra charge and as the lead technician said, the new unit didn't make any noise. Am so glad I called them & will be calling them for my future needs!

Pretty fast. Technician was on time n gave us extra tips too.

Job well done since my gas range was glass top and was complicated and higher risk of cracking the glass but job was done without any issues and was very impressive will definitely get all future work done from this company

They were very responsive and professional. Promptly fixed the refrigerator to working condition as if nothing has happened. Thanks Apple Appliances! You guys rock.

Apple appliance guy showed up promptly and hardly took 2 mins to diagnose the problem which was the condenser fan. Did a temporary fix until the part came and fixed permanently. Saved a lot of money and trouble by preventing condensed from damage. Professional and courteous service. No issues since then with the refrigerator.

Garbage disposal stopped working around 9.30 at night. I called Apple Appliance at night. A technician came in around 11.30 sm the next day. He actually fixed the disposal (I was expecting a replacement) and charged me just visit fee.

Apple Appliance performed very well service for our refrigerator. We had good communication and price was reasonable for the service.

I had a coupon from a few years ago and they honored it. He didn't know how to fix the washer. He didn't know how to reset the control board. He suggested that I call another company. He said it would be too expensive to fix it and that I should just buy a new washer. He came out on time and honored the coupon. He said they just don't have the access to that kind of training. It wasn't that he wouldn't, he just didn't have the training.

Neil, the owner, was extremely rude to my wife. They failed to protect the floor by putting padding under the wheels of the refrigerator and I now have a $1250 estimate for the repair. I am taking them to small claims court in May.

They did not do the repair. The price was too high, so we didn't use them. They were good, they responded quick.

Service provider arrived 3 hours late. Had to contact them twice for an updated ETA. They diagnosed that my washing machine needs a water valve replacement. They said they would call with an estimate for the repair. After 4 days passed, I had to call them 3 more times to get the estimate. They quoted me $249 to replace the water valves. I declined the repair service because I know that Whirlpool sells the part for around $60 and it is about a 30 minute job. Thus, I felt their quote was too high.

It didn't. The technician was nice and tried to figure out why the temps on both sides were off. He made a suggestion and came back, but it didn't work. He suggested I unplug it, leaving the freezer door open so the coils would defrost. Time passed so I called back. We set an appointment but he didn't show up. More time passed so I called the office. They told me he had been sick, so I set up another appointment. He returned and recommended I do the same thing. It didn't work. More time passed. After two months he returned and said he couldn't figure it out, and to call Frigidaire. After more than two months of trying to reach them and waiting for them to return, nothing happened. I will not recommend them to anyone.

The service was good. They were a little pricey but overall we are satisfied with the work.

They came out right away and he was fabulous. It was a little more but he was here for 2 1/2 hours because he had to take out of the refrigerator. I very please with the services, honestly. He was just extremely knowledgeable. He taught me a lot about refrigerators. I liked him a lot, very hard worker, very efficient. 

My Ice Maker was making slush ice and the technician came out, diagnosed the problem, adjusted the temperature, took the front of the ice maker off and fiddled with it for a couple minutes, put it back on. Suggested I get a thermometer and check to see if the temperature dropped sufficiently and see if my ice cream froze solid which it did. Had planned to replace it but with those minor adjustments the ice maker began working again perfectly.

I was pleasantly surprised with the fast response I received from Apple. I called last night after 7 pm and Technician was at my house this morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem and completed the repair. The price was very affordable. I will definitely recommend Apple to all my friends and family. Thank you so much for your prompt response and honesty.

Excellent service. Gave me a price quote for both the part and the repair. very flexible in scheduling the
appointment. Had a second part on hand just in case one fix wasn't right, but did not try to upsell. very
professional. I would certainly use again.
