Great-We bought a refrigerator from Dan at Appliance Source. He was excellent in finding us an 18 cubit foot Whirlpool refrigerator that we ordered and they delivered in about a week. He had a bigger Whirlpool (but similar type) in the store so we able to look at that one and decide. The delivery people were great too I would highly recommend Appliance Source.

We had a refrigerator that had quit working during the night.
We had been looking to get a new one and this was just the excuse we needed. I called My Appliance Source to solve our problem.
The sales team was great, they went out of their way to help us out. From the time we walked in the door until we had a working refrigerator in our home was under 3 hours. They helped us with what we needed, nothing more and nothing less. Because of the service we received our experience was outstanding.
The installation team was great. They didn’t want to scratch anything so they took the front door off the hinges and took a railing off the wall coming up the stairs to the kitchen. They replaced everything they had taken off and cleaned up after themselves. The delivery and installation charge for all of that was $30. We didn’t get any attitude, no one was making excuses, and they didn’t have to get the refrigerator from a warehouse across town or any of the typical excuses you get from the chain stores.
After all was said and done My Appliance Source had made a bad day into a great experience. I will never buy an appliance from a big box store again. These guys have my business going forward.

We purchased a refrigerator two years ago and I called last week to ask if I could take them up on their offer to take an old refrigerator away, which we had declined at the time we purchased it. He said "No Problem" and the next day they came and picked it up. The young men that came to pick it up were delightful. It could not have been a more positive experience.
