"I went in to the Apple Valley store to purchase a built in microwave with specific measurements and pictures of space. The salesman told me the GE would fit and didn't mention anything about it not fitting or that it wasn't returnable. We brought it home and it was too small for the space (which he had the specs). I brought it in to be returned and the trim kit was unopened. They took back the microwave but would not return the trim kit that was $180. The manager was rude and basically said it was my job to make sure the specs were right, not the salesman. I now am stuck with a $180 trim kit that I have no use for. I went to another appliance place down the road and had much better service and ended up buying a refrigerator and built in mini fridge that had also gone out. I will never shop at Warner Stellian again and will strongly tell anyone looking for appliances to stay clear."
