They finished the project 2 weeks after booking. The workmen were effiecent, made sure to cover everything so nothing got covered with dust, they even swept! "I do not recommend this company due to poor quality of product. - Jan 2023 bought 2 patio doors, 3 slider windows. Product that was installed in May included 2 cracked slider windows and all products had wrong color on interior. All needed to be replaced. - May 2023 bought additional 19 windows. After install in Oct 2023, 13 of the 19 had noted manufacturing defects requiring replacement in January 2024. After install of these replacements in January 2024, additional 7 had noted manufacturing defects requiring replacement in April 2024. At install of these latest replacements, 5 more had noted manufacturing defects requirement replacement (which has not yet happened) - June 2024 during rainstorm noted two of the window sets had significant water leaks. Company was advised with documentation on 6.4.2024; as of today 6.8.2024 company has yet to acknowledge my request for refund so I can re-replace the windows with a different company. Additionally several of the caulk lines were obviously done by a new employee, as I had to have the contractor installing new siding re-do those lines."

"Stay far away from this company. Original project went fine although it was expensive. However the past few months have shown me their true colors as I have tried to get some of the original work fixed. Be aware that they only warranty work for 12 months. We had the only four tiles on the step into our shower crack over the first year and I tried for months to contact them through email. No response. I finally left my name as a new customer, and they immediately called me (funny :)). They then asked for pictures and said they could fix it. I then discovered it would cost $600 to replace the four tiles they obviously installed incorrectly the first time. Correctly installed tiles would not all crack on the outer edge."

After drop off, invoices were sent requesting additional payment. When calling to discuss the issue, representatives give excuses as to why the original payment 'didn't go through'. They state there is a training issue, and conveniently the person who processes the invoices is never available. They state they take the credit card information at the time of original phone call and store it in their vault. I've requested they delete my information and stop calling me as I've already paid as they required before delivery. I will look into purchasing these replacements elsewhere as the business practices are questionable and customer service is poor. "

After drop off, invoices were sent requesting additional payment. When calling to discuss the issue, representatives give excuses as to why the original payment 'didn't go through'. They state there is a training issue, and conveniently the person who processes the invoices is never available. They state they take the credit card information at the time of original phone call and store it in their vault. I've requested they delete my information and stop calling me as I've already paid as they required before delivery. I will look into purchasing these replacements elsewhere as the business practices are questionable and customer service is poor. "
