He installed a product called enduroshield (sp?). It works as promised. Water beads right off of tile and grout, it's amazing to watch. "They vacuumed all the beds and furniture, they vacuumed all the floors right down to vacuuming in the corners. They polished all my furniture and cleaned the outside of my oak cabinets. They put everything away that I asked into my china cabinet. They cleaned all the windows in the inside and cleaned the windows on my display cabinets. My house just sparkles now."

"I happened to be in and out of the house during the cleaning, I noticed that after 1 and a half hours all that had been done was 1 small room was vacuumed and the first bathroom was being worked on. I then re-iterated that the priority is to get the bathrooms cleaned and the floors done. This is definitely not unreasonable in 4 hours since many cleaners have done much more in that same amount of time. The areas that were cleaned were done fine, however, it was just VERY slow service. After 4 hours, 2 bathrooms were cleaned (just fine), a kitchen stove. Floors and living room seemed to be untouched (maybe vacuumed, but there was still dust and debris in main areas). 

I sent a text after the service, however did not get any response or action to correct.

"Due to a family emergency, my husband and I decided to sell our house this year. We asked Justin to come over and walk through the house with us and give his opinion on things that should be done before putting it up for sale. He gave us a reasonable quote, and let us decide what we wanted him to do, and what we thought we could tackle ourselves. He knew our goal, and wanted to make sure we got what we wanted and were satisfied. Justin and his crew painted the main living areas of the inside of the house (walls and ceiling), remodeled the main floor bathroom, fixed and repainted some siding around the house, and poured a cement apron and re-sealed the driveway. He was always in contact with us on the progress of the projects (as we had already moved out). If we had questions or concerns, he would respond quickly. As many times as we contacted him, he was always very nice and professional."
