"Allen was responsive right away via email and text message. He was on-time and/or early for estimate and on the work day. Bathroom and floor look incredible. He installed a product called enduroshield (sp?). It works as promised. Water beads right off of tile and grout, it's amazing to watch. Allen also gave good advice on how to preserve the existing tile. Would definitely hire him again."

"I happened to be in and out of the house during the cleaning, I noticed that after 1 and a half hours all that had been done was 1 small room was vacuumed and the first bathroom was being worked on. I then re-iterated that the priority is to get the bathrooms cleaned and the floors done. This is definitely not unreasonable in 4 hours since many cleaners have done much more in that same amount of time. The areas that were cleaned were done fine, however, it was just VERY slow service. After 4 hours, 2 bathrooms were cleaned (just fine), a kitchen stove. Floors and living room seemed to be untouched (maybe vacuumed, but there was still dust and debris in main areas). 

I sent a text after the service, however did not get any response or action to correct.

"Chris did a great job on our move out cleaning job. With 2 pets that shed and 12 years living at our home there was plenty for him to clean. Over two days he did a top to bottom deep clean and carpets, one stop service! Overall I would recommend him for the value and hard work ethic. There were a couple areas that were missed such as the microwave, but overall great value for his service."
