"This is an ongoing project lasting over a year. So far so good. Probably for such long term projects dealing with pest removal from grounds, it would be helpful to set expectations early of what is to be expected for rodent treatment. In addition, better education for clients who receive such services on what progress over time looks like when hired to tackle the problem."

"This company and technicians (shout out to Bart Gaddis) have done a fantastic job. They promptly come to my house every quarter and are able to come in between for maintenance visits free of charge. "I'm a perfectionist and Aaron did a fantastic job! The windows have never been this clean! While he was cleaning the outside windows he noticed a few small spots on the inside windows he had just cleaned. He came back in and cleaned those small spots. Overall job took 4 hours."
