"Ivan installed new vinyl siding and three new windows in our home. When the old fiberboard siding was removed, lots of wood rot and poor insulation were uncovered due to poor workmanship done by the original builder. "This is a follow up from work done 2 years ago. Roof/gutters still great and siding ok. However the metal that was installed over the soffit in several areas is pulling away and one piece blew off in the wind. After looking close at several areas on a tall ladder I found many nails not pounded into the wood soffit hence the reason many areas were pulling away. Walker did come out and repair several areas recently after I called so that was good. Hopefully all else holds up for at least what should be the expected lifetime but I have my doubts at least on the soffits. Look closely at photos submitted to see what is happening."

Also they pay us weeks after completion and complained about this 2 weeks later treating about calling all the police and attorneys General officers and a bad review and i dont let no body manipulate me im sorry not with lies, she went and gave us the 1st bad reviews in 3 places we advertise on?... (didn't even saw her when i saw job nor when they open house for me to do job, a met a guy both times and he never call at all about this ones, it was her that reach out about all this... she didn't got her way then she puts in reviews my guys peeing on yard?"
