We contacted them the beginning of November and were told that the order was expected November 9th and that they would contact us shortly after to schedule install. It is now December 16th with no further contact or updates from Larsons. I understand there are problems with materials to manufacture, etc; but taking money (over $1000) from a customer and not taking 5 minutes to update them is a horrible way to operate a business."
