"I cannot begin to express my absolute gratitude for Andrew and his staff. I found myself in a bit of a bind last week. I had verbal approval to paint my cement stairs in front of my townhome. The board and management company decided that they would not honor this as it wasn't in writing. I was sent a demand letter to remove the paint or they would access fines and would hire their own company and charge me. I was beside myself. I talked to Andrew who quickly responded to a request asking if this was the kind of thing that he and his company could help me with. Andrew was absolutely amazing! He said they could handle it, he quoted me a very fair price, he promised me when they would be out and he fulfilled every single this he promised. The work was excellent. They masked off and covered all the windows, power washed the house, scraped it, applied peal-bond in selected areas, caulked, repaired rotten areas, foamed penetrations, applied two coats of paint, painted shutters and our deck. It took them two weeks working hard. Sure you can get it done by a cheap company in a couple of days and it will last maybe a couple of years. They have completely painted both the inside and outside of our house. We will not use anyone else. Mario, his foreman and Carlos and Nico are solid safe workers. They take care of your interests."

"Jose did a great job. He didn't ask for any money up front, instead waiting until the job was about half done to ask for a portion of the fee . He and his partner were timely, professional, and put in a lot of hours. They really wanted to make sure I was happy with the work and I am. He was patient with me as I wasn't sure of the color so he put some on the house and let me look at it to decide before going further. He also just really went above and beyond expectations. His fee was very reasonable and included more than other bids. For instance, he did a lot of caulking around the house, he painted the pillars (including TONS of finish nail holes left by the builder 9 years ago) on our porch and all the trim. The other bid we had was significantly higher, and didn't include the porch pillars or any trim. And Jose could start within a couple of weeks instead of a couple months. He essentially did the porch for free. Although it wasn't part of our original agreement, he also offered to sand and stain our small back deck as well. He was meticulous and overall just did a very nice job, and is a nice guy as well. I expect the paint to last for some time as he used good quality paint and did a spray on coat and a roll on coat as well."
